Our Committees

The Holistic Dental Association has several committees for its members to participate in. If you’re interested in volunteering, you may download a Volunteer Application here.

Arrangements Committee
The Arrangements Committee shall arrange facilities for the meetings and such essay and clinic properties as are required.
Chair: Dr. Craig Zunka, DDS

Exhibitor Committee
The Exhibitor Committee screens all exhibit material as to its suitability and compatibility with the goals of the organization.
Chair: Dr. Stanley Organ, DDS

Reception Committee
The Reception Committee serve as hosts and assist the essayists and clinicians as necessary.
Chair: Sandra Orion

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee proposes to the Board a slate of candidates for election of officers, and members of the Board as follows:
President-Elect
Secretary
Two new members of the Board
Three members of nominating committee each alternate year

This slate candidates shall be proposed by the Chairman of the Nominating Committee to the Board. If approved by the Board it shall be submitted at the annual business meeting. The meetings of the Nominating Committee are closed meetings.

Publication Committee
The Committee shall obtain all scientific readings at meetings and at the discretion of the Board; edit and publish these papers and such reports as will advance the cause of holistic dentistry. The Committee will be responsible for editing and screening all material submitted for publication in the Journal of Holistic Dentistry

Committee on Constitution and By-Laws
The Committee shall study the Constitution and By-Laws and shall recommend to the Board any changes which may at any time appear desirable. The Chair shall report such recommendations to the Board, at least ninety (90) days prior to the annual Board meeting.

Curriculum Committee
The purpose of the Curriculum Committee is to design and formulate courses to educate the membership in both basic and advanced concepts in holistic dentistry.

Legal Committee
The purpose of this Committee is to research and advise the membership on current legal trends in holistic health care. This Committee must keep an archives on legal trends in holistic medicine and dentistry.

Public Information Committee
The purpose of this Committee is to evaluate prospective member' credentials.
