Shipping Service Charges:$10 per item for non-hotel guests
Receiving Service Charges:$5 per item per item 1-20 pounds

Storage Charges:The hotel will charge a storage fee for any items left longer than three (3) business days of the group's departure of $5 per item, per day.

Refund policy:
Cancellation
requests submitted 30 days prior to the event are eligible for
a 50% refund of the registration fees. Cancellation requests will not
be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the conference date.
