You are eligible to join the Holistic Dental Association if you are a:

Licensed Dentist (Professional Membership)
Dental Hygienist (Professional Membership)
Member of a Dental Staff (Associate Membership)
Practitioner From Other Health Care Related Field (Affiliate Membership)

Recent Graduate Memberships/A.C. Founder Memorial Scholarship Fund:
Recent graduates of accredited dental programs are eligible to receive a free one-year Professional Membership, funded by the A.C. Memorial Scholarship. This one-year membership must be applied for within 12 months of graduation, and applicants must be eligible for licensure in the U.S. To apply, fill out the Scholarship Application Form. For further information on this program, read our Scholarship Invitation.
